Marine Jobs Vision for Noss Site

The owners of the Noss-on-Dart marina site have announced a public consultation exercise on their proposals for an employment-led mixed use regeneration of the former Philip & Son boatyard at Noss near Dartmouth, creating around 250 jobs, of which about 190 will be marine based.

A Consortium acquired the Noss marina site in April 2005. The Consortium includes the round-the-world yachtsmen, Michael and Paul Berrow, who have been involved with sailing and boat building for many years and came third in the Whitbread round-the-world race in 1985.
