Public consultation on the draft masterplan took place during September 2007. The process included:

Public exhibitions on-site and in both Kingswear and Dartmouth;

The Noss Vision Newsletter being circulated to 5,000 households in the area;

Focus groups covering young people as well as residents of Dartmouth and Kingswear. |
Further public consultation focusing on the waterside aspect of the development took place with a second newsletter and a Public Open Day on 19 March 2008. Information was displayed about the plans for the marina and members of the project team were on |

The outcome of the public consultations will be considered carefully by the site owners and their project team. The consultation process will be fully documented when a planning application is submitted, probably in the first half of 2008.
