Office opening
The Marina Office is manned every day of the year except Christmas Day and Boxing Day, when a duty watchkeeper is available to deal with emergencies. Office opening hours are from 0800 to 1700, seven days a week. Emergency telephone calls outside these hours can be made on 07768 815872. All visitors are asked to report to the Marina Office on arrival.

Marina Reception is open from 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday and is closed on bank holidays.

Communications
We keep a listening watch on VHF Channel 80; callsign Noss Marina.

Our office has full fax and e-mail facilities. Customers with WiFi enabled laptops have access to the internet through our hotspot which covers the marina pontoons.

Security
Pontoon access is via a single bridge and a PIN controlled security gate. Experienced staff carry out regular checks on mooring lines and fenders and a marina warden lives on site.

Weather and tidal data
Weather forecasts and tidal information are displayed at the marina office and regularly updated.

Amenities
Toilets, showers, washing machines and dryers are located in our amenity block as shown on the map on the facing page. You can also find a fridge and freezer which you may use there. Access here is also controlled by a PIN system.

Trolleys
Baggage trolleys are parked at the top of the bridge to the pontoons; please return them after use. Under no circumstances are young children to use or be carried in these trolleys.

Refuse
Refuse bins are located near the pontoons. Please use them and do not deposit rubbish elsewhere on the site, nor throw material of any sort overboard.

Mail
Incoming mail for our customers is held, until collected, at the Marina Office.

Water and electricity
There are water hoses and power terminals along the pontoons. There is no charge for water, however there is a charge for electricity use.

Safety
Lifebuoys and fire extinguishers are placed at strategic positions along the pontoons. Children should always wear lifejackets in and around the marina and when travelling in dinghies.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome provided they are kept under close control and on a lead at all times. Receptacles for dog waste are provided ashore – under no circumstances should dogs be allowed to foul any area within the marina.

Dinghy storage (click for picture)
River mooring-holders can store their dinghies in a dedicated area on the main pontoon. Rubber dinghies are stored in a rack, with hard dinghies laid inverted on the pontoon.

Our spacious boat parks have room for approximately 400 boats on hard standing, each within reach of water and electrical outlets. Our crane can handle vessels of up to 10 tonnes and with a beam of up to 3.9 metres. After lifting out and transporting to the boat parks, vessels are carefully chocked with braced supports so that masts do not need to be removed.
