Annual berthholders party, 12 July 2008

Not exactly glorious July summer weather, but at least it didn't rain – so the party spirit remained undampened throughout. The energetic and colourful Crooked Tempo group got the party going with a swing and a very definite beat.

During and after a splendid buffet lunch, the Sax Appeal band played cool jazz to keep feet tapping.

The yachts race the full length of Start Bay and back – and in one direction will race very close to the shoreline affording a spectacular spectacle for spectators!

Sunday 25 February 2007 – Noss Marina staff in sponsored row for Dartmouth Primary School

Five Noss Marina staff members did a 20 mile sponsored row from Dartmouth to Totnes and back in a beautiful Seine Boat. They were raising money for a school trip to London for Class HB4 at the Dartmouth Primary School. The class plans to visit the Natural History Museum

and the London Eye – and will spend a night in a student hostel. The sponsorship account was given a splendid £500 start by Noss Marina itself.
