Click here to find out more about the Noss owners' plans to regenerate the former Philip & Son shipyard, to expand the existing marina and create over 300 local jobs.   The plans include: new marine workshops and offices; a permanent home for the Noss Marine Academy run by South Devon College; marina-related retail shops; a five star hotel with conference facilities and a health spa; a cafe and restaurant; and private housing. Access to the site will also be improved.   There will be a new public square and many facilities on site will be open to the general public.
